Emerging Africa

It looks like it's been a while since anything has happened here. I'm stepping out and stepping up.

Something that is missing with the emergingent conversation is co-operation. Simply put, emergingents are disconnected. Each fighting our own battles by themselves. Iron sharpens iron, and it seems like we're getting a bit dull. Agreed, thank you.

This blog is a small oasis for us. But is that enough? Not for me. I'd like more. I like to connect with people, thrash out ideas in conversation. Here the sound of laughter, watch a person's face as grapple with ideas, taste the beer*as we converse about getting in touch with poverty, or how Muse will rock the Coca Cola festival.

I think we can all do with some real connections.

So what am I saying? well firstly I'd like to find out who is keen to connect. Secondly I'd like to organise a gathering. Leave a comment if your keen as well as which days you generally have available.
